By purchasing or using HAJISIM services, you agree to these Terms. This forms a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

We provide prepaid international SIM/eSIM data and voice services through partner telecom operators.

2.3 Eligibility

Users must be 18+. Minors require guardian consent.

2.4 User Obligations
  • Provide accurate KYC details
  • Use services lawfully
  • Not misuse network or engage in fraud
2.5 Suspension & Termination

We may suspend services for:

  • Legal requirements (DoT, law enforcement)
  • Fraud or misuse
  • KYC non-compliance
3. TELECOM & DoT COMPLIANCE

We comply with all applicable regulations issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and TRAI.

KYC Requirements

Users must submit:

  • Passport copy
  • Valid visa
  • Travel ticket

Services may be suspended for non-compliance.

Lawful Interception

We may share user data with lawful authorities as required under Indian law.

4. PRICING, PAYMENTS & GST
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise

  • Taxes may vary based on jurisdiction
5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Eligible cases:

  • Non-delivery
  • Technical defects
  • Product not as described

Non-eligible:

  • Device incompatibility
